Product Overview
The SL-HYDNUT Series Hydraulic Nut is designed primarily for the installation and removal of bearings and for hydraulic mounting and dismounting of interference-fit components.
Its operating principle uses ultra-high-pressure hydraulic oil to generate axial thrust on the shaft and expansion force on the sleeve, allowing the shaft and sleeve to be assembled or separated with evenly distributed force.

Available with axial or radial oil injection.
Hydraulic pressure is evenly distributed across the pressure ring for stable and controlled operation.
Standard working pressure: 0–150 MPa.
Suitable for installing and removing bearings with a bore diameter of 50 mm or larger, particularly bearings mounted on tapered shafts or sleeves.
Compared with conventional mechanical methods, hydraulic mounting and removal can significantly simplify operation and reduce maintenance time.
Available with metric or imperial threads.
Threadless hydraulic nuts are also available for special applications.
When used together with a hydraulic pump equipped with an electronic pressure gauge and a depth micrometer, the system allows accurate monitoring and control of the bearing drive-up distance.
Each hydraulic nut is supplied with a quick-connect hydraulic coupling for convenient connection to the hydraulic pump.
