Product Introduction
The HND Series Hydraulic Nut is suitable for applications involving bolts that require frequent assembly and disassembly, preloading of extra-large bolts, and locking of large workpieces.
It can also be used as a hydraulic tool for the assembly and disassembly of interference-fit components. Installing or removing bearings on tapered shafts or sleeves is often difficult and time-consuming. The use of hydraulic nuts significantly simplifies this process and improves working efficiency.
Hydraulic pressure acts on the internal piston to generate a controlled axial force, allowing bearings and other interference-fit components to be installed or removed accurately, efficiently, and safely.
