The pump features automatic switching between three pressure stages and three flow rates, maximizing operating efficiency throughout the hydraulic cycle.
The standard configuration supports simultaneous operation of two hydraulic torque wrenches, with an optional configuration available for simultaneous operation of four hydraulic torque wrenches.

1. Features intelligent one-button operation. Simply press the Start button to automatically perform bolt tightening or loosening, allowing operators to complete bolting tasks quickly and efficiently.
2. Features a high-efficiency three-stage pressure and flow design, providing fast movement under light load and slower, controlled operation under heavy load for more accurate bolt preload control.
3. An integrated electronic control system and digital pressure gauge use real-time pressure signals to control directional switching, providing fast response and high operating efficiency.
4. Equipped with a high-power brushless motor for reduced maintenance and long service life. The motor is fitted with a starting capacitor, allowing reliable starting under load.
5. After the target pressure is preset, the pressure gauge controls the directional valve automatically, reducing frequent operation of the pressure regulating valve and helping extend its service life.
6. Provides high operating speed and efficiency, with working efficiency more than 30% higher than conventional automatic pumps.
7. Equipped with a high-performance cooling system. When the hydraulic oil temperature reaches approximately 35°C, the cooling fan starts automatically to support long-duration continuous operation.
8. The oil reservoir and pump body are manufactured from aluminum-titanium alloy, providing a lightweight and portable structure.
9. Equipped with a 100 high-precision pressure gauge to support accurate torque control during hydraulic torque wrench operation.
10. Output pressure can be freely adjusted within the range of 40–700 bar.
11. Equipped with an integrated cooling system for continuous operation for up to 24 hours under suitable working conditions.
12. Motors with various voltage and frequency configurations are available according to customer requirements.
