描述
I. Working Principle
The DYZ Series Integrated Hydraulic Pulleruses hydraulic force to drive the center ram directly forward without rotating the ram itself.
The one-piece forged puller jaws can be quickly configured for either 2-jaw or 3-jaw operationaccording to application requirements. The jaw holder moves forward or backward along the threaded body to adjust the working reach.
During operation, simply move the handle up and down to advance the hydraulic ram. As the ram moves forward, the puller jaws draw the workpiece backward, allowing bearings, pulleys, gears, and similar components to be removed easily.
II. Applications
The DYZ Series Integrated Hydraulic Pulleris a compact hydraulic removal tool developed to replace conventional mechanical pullers.
It can be operated easily by a single person and features:
Simple and labor-saving operation
Compact integrated structure
Flexible use without strict workplace limitations
Lightweight and portable design
Small overall dimensions for convenient transportation
It is widely used in factories, mines, automotive maintenance, machinery repair, and industrial maintenancefor removing bearings, pulleys, couplings, wheels, and other shaft-mounted components.
III. Technical Specifications
Technical specifications are available according to model and pulling capacity.
IV. Operating Instructions and Precautions
Operating Procedure
1. Insert the slotted end of the operating handle onto the release valve stem and turn the valve clockwise to close it securely.
2. Adjust the jaw holder until the puller jaws firmly engage the component to be removed.
3. Insert the handle into the pump handle socket and operate it up and down. The hydraulic ram will advance smoothly while the jaws pull backward, removing the workpiece from the shaft.
4. The effective stroke of the hydraulic ram is 50 mm. Do not exceed this stroke during operation. If the workpiece has not been completely removed after one stroke, stop pumping, open the release valve, allow the ram to retract, readjust the puller, and repeat Steps 1–3 until removal is complete.
5. To retract the hydraulic ram, use the slotted end of the handle to turn the release valve stem slightly counterclockwise. The ram will gradually retract under spring force.
Safety Precautions
6. Before use, select a hydraulic puller with the appropriate capacity according to the outside diameter, pulling distance, and required pulling forceof the workpiece. Never overload the puller, as this may damage the tool.
7. Recommended hydraulic oil:
or operating temperatures from -5°C to 45°C, use N15 mechanical oil in accordance with GB 443-84.
or operating temperatures from -20°C to -5°C, use synthetic spindle oil in accordance with GB 442-64.
8. The hydraulic system is equipped with an automatic overload relief valveto prevent damage caused by excessive load. If the pulling force exceeds the rated capacity, the overload valve will automatically release pressure. In this case, stop operation and select a hydraulic puller with a higher capacity.
