Compact and reliable tensioner design with demanding sealing requirements. Each hydraulic tensioner seal is individually machined to ensure reliable sealing performance. The tool uses self-energizing polyurethane seals, requiring no adjustment and providing dependable long-term operation.
Equipped with piston over-stroke protection. When the piston reaches its maximum stroke, a red warning line becomes visible. An integrated mechanical fail-safe device helps prevent hydraulic oil from spraying out and improves operator safety.
A complete hydraulic hose connection system is available, including high-pressure hydraulic hoses fitted with male and female quick couplers at both ends, allowing multiple bolt tensioners to be connected quickly for simultaneous operation.
