Each KLCD Low-Profile Hydraulic Torque Wrench power head is matched with a complete range of interchangeable working heads, covering all bolt and nut sizes within the operating range of that specific power head.
When selecting a working head, ensure that the distance between the bolt and any surrounding obstruction is greater than the operating radius of the working head. Sufficient clearance between adjacent bolts should also be confirmed before operation.
The operating radius “R” shown in the table below can be used as a reference when selecting the appropriate working head.
KLCD working heads are also compatible with XLCD series power heads, providing greater flexibility and interchangeability for different bolting applications.
