Compact and reliable tensioner design. Individually machined seals provide dependable sealing performance. The tensioner uses self-energizing polyurethane seals, requiring no adjustment and maintaining reliable performance during long-term operation.
Automatic spring return and piston over-stroke protection. When the piston reaches its maximum stroke, a red warning line becomes visible. An integrated mechanical fail-safe mechanism helps prevent hydraulic oil from spraying out, improving operator safety.
Hydraulic hose connection system. A complete hydraulic connection system is available, including high-pressure hydraulic hoses equipped with male and female quick couplers at both ends, allowing multiple bolt tensioners to be connected quickly and conveniently for simultaneous operation.
