The HT4 Series Torque Multiplier is a precision mechanical device designed to multiply the operator’s input torque by a specified ratio, allowing high torque output with significantly reduced input effort.
Since the output power cannot exceed the input power, the increase in output torque is accompanied by a proportional reduction in output rotational speed.
Most torque multipliers use a planetary gear system to achieve torque multiplication. Typical multiplication ratios range from approximately 5:1 to 125:1, with maximum output torque of some models reaching approximately 50,000 Nm.
