Product Introduction
The HTL Series Hydraulic Bolt Tensioners are designed to accurately control and maintain bolt preload, improving the quality and reliability of bolted connections while increasing operating efficiency.
They are widely used for equipment assembly, installation, and maintenance in industries such as metallurgy, machinery manufacturing, chemical processing, power generation, shipbuilding, cement, coal mining, and pressure vessels.
HTL Series hydraulic bolt tensioners are manufactured from high-quality alloy steel. The standard operating pressure is 150 MPa, with a maximum allowable working pressure of 160 MPa.
The required preload is set through the pressure regulating valve of a dedicated high-pressure hydraulic pump. The tensioners can be used for both tightening and loosening nuts.
High-pressure hoses are connected through quick couplers for convenient setup and operation. The tensioners feature a lightweight construction, simple structure, and easy maintenance.
