The SL-Nut Hydraulic Nut is manufactured from aluminum-titanium alloy and is specially designed for slitting machines and longitudinal slitting lines. It provides reliable axial clamping for cutters, tool holders, and other shaft-mounted tooling.

Working Principle
The SL-Nut Hydraulic Nut operates by turning the pressure screw with a simple T-handle, which pushes the pressure piston inward.
As pressure increases inside the sealed hydraulic chamber, the annular piston is forced outward to generate axial clamping force for rotating tools such as washers, cutters, and other tooling components.
The operator can simultaneously check the thrust indicator scale to confirm whether the required axial clamping force has been reached.
