The 20-ton and 30-ton high-capacity models feature a patented two-stage advance system. The first stage provides rapid advance, significantly reducing the time required for the spindle to reach the shaft. Once the spindle contacts the shaft, the puller automatically switches to the second stage for high-pressure pulling force. This design greatly reduces the number of handle strokes and shortens overall removal time.
Puller jaws and jaw holders are forged from chromium-manganese alloy steel, providing reliable strength and durability for demanding applications.
Hot-forged jaw bolts with manganese phosphate surface treatment provide excellent corrosion resistance and long service life.
