Installation and Commissioning
1. Install the control cabinet and main unit in suitable locations. The main unit should be level from left to right. In the front-to-back direction, a backward tilt of no more than 3°is permitted.
2. After installation, carefully check all electrical wiring against the electrical schematic before operation to ensure that all connections are correct.
3. After confirming the wiring is correct, switch on the power supply. The voltmeter should indicate the supply voltage.
4. Place the workpiece to be heated beneath the movable yoke in the center of the main unit’s iron core. Gently lower the yoke until it fits properly against the workpiece.
f workpieces of the same thickness are heated repeatedly, the positioning screw beneath the rear lever bridge can be adjusted to maintain approximately a 2 mm clearancebetween the yoke and the workpiece, making continuous operation more convenient.
After completing the above procedures, commissioning is complete and the unit is ready for operation.
Operating Procedure
1. Press the Startbutton. The main unit will be energized, the timer relay will begin counting in seconds, and the workpiece will start heating.
2. Before pressing the Stopbutton, note the heating time. Remove the workpiece immediately after heating and measure the temperature rise at the end face of the inner bore to confirm that it meets the assembly requirements.
3. When continuously heating workpieces of the same specification, set the function selector switch to Time Controland preset the required heating time. The power supply will automatically shut off when the preset heating time is reached.
4. After operation is completed, set the power switch to the Stopposition and disconnect the power supply.
