The SL-GJ-C Induction Dismounting Toolis designed and manufactured based on the principle of electromagnetic induction.
It is mainly used for heating and removing bearing inner rings, labyrinth rings, couplings, and similar ring-shaped metal components.
Compared with conventional removal methods such as hammering, oil-bath heating, or flame heating, induction heating significantly reduces operator effort, eliminates environmental contamination, improves the quality of bearing installation and removal, and reduces energy consumption.
The size and specifications of the induction dismounting ringcan be customized according to the dimensions of the customer’s workpiece.
