Working Principle
The SLBGJ Series Induction Heateroperates on the principle of electromagnetic induction.
The workpiece to be heated acts as the secondary winding of a transformer. When the heater is energized, an induced current is generated within the workpiece, causing it to heat uniformly from the inside outward and expand. This thermal expansion provides the required clearance for interference-fit assembly.
