The TD Series Hydraulic Bolt Tensioner is designed for reliable and efficient bolt tensioning in industrial assembly and maintenance applications. Its modular structure allows one tensioner body to accommodate multiple bolt sizes, helping improve versatility and reduce tooling requirements.
Product Features
Incorporates an over-stroke protection design to reduce the risk of seal damage caused by improper operation or excessive piston travel.
One tensioner model can be adapted for multiple bolt sizes by changing the appropriate interchangeable components.
Can be operated with either a manual hydraulic pump or an electric hydraulic pump according to application requirements.
Supports simultaneous operation of multiple hydraulic bolt tensioners, making it suitable for multi-bolt and flange tensioning applications.
Applicable bolt range: M20–M115.
Maximum working pressure: 1,500 bar (150 MPa).
