\n1. Equipment Required
\nThe following equipment is required when operating the torque multiplier:146\u53f7\u5373\u68a6\u56fe
\nSuitable drive tool or heavy-duty impact socket
\nReaction arm
\nTYD torque wrench
\n2. Operating Precautions
\nWhen using a manual torque wrench, position the reaction arm in the direction opposite to the output rotation and ensure that it rests securely against a strong, flat reaction surface during bolt tightening.
\nIf the standard reaction arm is not suitable for the available working space, a customized reaction arm should be ordered according to actual operating conditions.
\nNever operate the torque multiplier beyond the allowable working range of the reaction arm.
\nFor special applications or when using extended sockets, the standard reaction arm must be used correctly. The reaction arm may be extended where permitted, but must never exceed its specified operating range.
\nImproper positioning or overloading of the reaction arm may cause excessive wear or damage to the torque multiplier output mechanism.
\nCaution: Avoid using excessively long sockets whenever possible, as they may generate excessive side loads and create a serious safety hazard at the output drive.
\n3. Setting Torque for Bolt Tightening
\n1. Determine the correct tightening torque required for the bolt.
\n2. Install the torque wrench on the input drive of the torque multiplier.
\n3. Set the torque wrench according to the multiplication ratio of the torque multiplier.
\n4. Select a torque wrench with the correct square drive size and connect it to the multiplier input.
\n5. The torque wrench should be periodically calibrated to ensure accurate torque output.
\n4. Setting Torque for Bolt Loosening
\n1. Confirm that the required loosening torque will not overload the torque multiplier and that the selected torque wrench is suitable for loosening the bolt.
\n2. Calculate and set the maximum allowable input torque according to the torque multiplier’s maximum output capacity and multiplication ratio.
\n3. Select a suitable torque wrench with the correct square drive for the input side.
\nNote: Some torque wrenches do not provide an audible click or mechanical break indication when operated in the counterclockwise direction.
\n5. Operating the Torque Multiplier
\n1. For bolt tightening, determine the required final torque and calculate the corresponding input torque according to the torque multiplier ratio. Select the correct high-strength socket.
\n2. Position the reaction arm securely against a suitable and solid reaction point.
\n3. Install the appropriate torque wrench onto the input drive of the torque multiplier and set the input torque as described in the section \u201cSetting Torque for Bolt Tightening.\u201d
\n4. Apply force to the torque wrench smoothly and steadily until the torque wrench provides its preset indication or click. At this point, the required tightening torque has been reached at the bolt.
\nNote: If the torque multiplier cannot be removed after tightening, gently tap the socket to release the residual reaction load. Once the assembly becomes free enough to move, remove the torque wrench and multiplier.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
