The DYF Series Split-Type Hydraulic Puller uses hydraulic pressure to drive the piston rod directly forward without rotating the rod itself.
\nThe jaw holder can be adjusted forward or backward along the threaded spindle to suit different workpiece sizes. During operation, simply move the pump handle through a short back-and-forth stroke. The hydraulic piston rod moves forward while the jaws pull backward, allowing the fitted component to be removed smoothly.

\nOperating Instructions and Safety Precautions
\n1. Before operation, insert the slotted end of the handle onto the release valve stem and turn the valve clockwise to close it securely.
\n2. Adjust the jaw holder until the puller jaws securely grip the component to be removed.
\n3. Insert the handle into the pump socket and operate it repeatedly. The hydraulic piston rod will advance steadily while the jaws move backward to pull the component from its fitted position.
\n4. The effective piston stroke is 50 mm. Do not extend the piston beyond 50 mm. If the component has not been completely removed, stop operation, open the release valve to retract the piston, readjust the puller, and repeat the pulling procedure.
\n5. To retract the piston rod, use the slotted end of the handle to turn the release valve slightly counterclockwise. The piston rod will gradually retract under spring force.
\n6. Before use, select the appropriate puller capacity according to the outside diameter, required pulling distance, and load of the component. Do not exceed the rated pulling capacity.
\n7. Recommended hydraulic oil:
\nOperating temperature -5\u00b0C to 45\u00b0C: GB 443-84 N15 mechanical oil
\nOperating temperature -20\u00b0C to -5\u00b0C: GB 442-64 synthetic spindle oil
\n8. The hydraulic system is equipped with an automatic overload relief valve. If the required pulling force exceeds the rated capacity, the relief valve will automatically activate to protect the tool.
